|
Julia and Holden cuddle
together as they talk about what comes next after making love. Julia says that although she enjoyed spending the night with
him, she has no expectations of him. Holden tells her to expect doing this alot. Holden hears a car door and then Lily's voice.
Lily has gone to the cabin to tell Holden that Aaron has been rushed into emergncy surgery again. Julia runs and hides in
the other room as Holden asnwers the door. Lily asks where Jack is and Holden says he left. Lily telsl Holden about Aaron
just as Julia walks out. Lily demands to know what Julia is doing there and Julia tells her she didn't have anywhere else
to go after what happened. Lily apologizes for the whole thief set up again and Julia says it's not important, that what's
going on with Aaron is more important. Holden says that he and Luke will go to the hospital and that he'll follow Lily. Holden
thanks Julia for all she's done, secretly meaning for the great night and goes with Lily to wake Luke up. Holden comes back
and says how much he appreciates Julia being discreet about making love and Julia says she knows he is still married and doesn't
want to cause trouble for him. Luke sees Holden kissing Julia good bye. Lily returns to the cabin for her map and she and
Julia make a pack that what's in the past stays in the past. Luke asks Holden if he had fun and Luke sacrastically asks Holden
what about him, did he have fun. Julia sees Holden at the hospital and he again thanks her for being so understanding. Julia
says that she doesn't want to mess up his life with rumors and accusations. Jack calls Julia and tells her he wants to see
JJ. Julia says she doesn't know because last time he was really depressed that Jack failed to come through. Jack tells her
he won't this time and Julia says she's going to be out at the Snyder farm in within an hour. Julia thinks of a
plan to have Jack take JJ for the night so she and Holden can be alone. Julia takes some papers to Aaron to sign and asks
to speak to Holden alone. Julia tells him that Emma has gone to his sister's for a few days and acts shocked that he doesn't
know. Holden says he will pick up the few things Emma asked him to and be home. Julia is working with JJ on his math when
Jack shows up. Jack apologizes to JJ for not being able to see him the other day and Julia says she needs to speak to Jack
alone. Julia tells Jack (as a threat to get him to take JJ for the night) that if his life is so busy maybe there is no room
in it for JJ. Jack says that he wants to prove he has time for JJ and Julia says if that is so, he should take JJ home for
the night. Jack is hesitant at first because he is not sure how Carly will react. Julia says that if it's going to be a problem
then Jack should just not come around again. Jack says that he will take JJ. Once Julia is alone, Holden shows up
Julia tells him JJ is with Jack for the night and Holden looks excited. Julia and Holden talk about whether or not they should
keep going on fooling around with one another like they should. Holden says he hasn't been important to someone in a long
time and that it feels good to be with her. Julia and Holden make love and Lily walks in on them. Holden asks if he and Lily
can go and talk somewhere else and Lily becomes upset that he isn't kicking Julia out instead. Julia excuses herself and Lily
fight again. Lily invites Julia over to her mom's house to talk. Julia asks that because they are rich and pictures of Lily
and Holden and their kids are all around is suppose to scare her. Lily says no, she just wants to make it clear that Holden
has a family, and a wife and they are supposed to be working on getting back together and they can't do that with Julia around.
Julia says she isn't going anywhere and makes a comment that she and Lily aren't really all that different. They both want
the best for their kids and they both agree where that is and "Who" that is and Julia walks out. Julia interupts Holden and
Luke talking and Luke runs off. Julia apologizes saying she didn't think Luke would stil be there. "He looks mad at the world,"
she tells Holden and Holen says he is. Julia apologizes and Holden asks what for. Julia tells him about Lily inviting her
over to her mother's and basically giving her a body count from her time in Oakdale. Holden asks if it was bad and Julia says
not really. Carly finds a picture of a strange man in JJ's school book and keeps it to show Lily. Carly says they need to
find out who this man is and bring him back into Julia's life to get her away from Holden. Lily warns it's not a good idea
in case the guy is like Julia's ex husband. Carly says no, that they are going to investifate him first. JJ mistakenly gives
Carly the man's name, Keith. Carly tells Lily she needs to go through Julia's room to look for a last name or address. Lily
objects at first but Carly reminds her that Julia is probably all over Holden at the moment and lily leaves before she loses
her nerve. Lily finds a box under Julia's bed and goes through it until she finds an envelope with Keith's name and address.
Julia and Holden get close again and Jack walks in on them kissing. Jack asks if he can speak to Julia alone and Holden leaves.
Jack tells Julia he doesn't like being used and asks when that became part of her game, to throw JJ at him so she could be
alone with Holden. Julia asks what is his problem and Jack says that Holden has a family, and that Julia should leave him
alone. Julia asks what Jack is so upset about, having JJ... or the fact that he walked in and saw Holden and Julia kissing.
Holden comes back and informs Jack he is a grown man and that his marriage has been over since way before he met Julia. Holden
pulls Julia into a kiss and gives her the impression he wants to make love right then and there but Julia says no. They make
their way to Julia's bedroom. Lily hears Holden and Julia outside the room and hides under the bed. Julia and Holden talk
and make out and Lily is disgusted as she text messages Carly for help. Julia hears the keypad tone and thinks it is a fire
alarm beep or something. Holden checks it out for her and they go back to what they were doing. Carly calls Holdern and Julia
encourages him to pick it up thinking it's Jack wanting a truce. Carly says she wants to talk to Holden, about JJ. Holden
tells Julia what Carly said and Julia tells him to call her back and tell her not to come over. Carly sneaks into Emma's and
looks around the kitchen for Lily. Julia and Holden come down the stairs and Carly makes it look like she had just arrived.
Julia wants to know what Carly has in store for JJ and Carly covers by saying they they all need to try better to get along
for JJ and Parker. Carly acts like she is really upset and steps outside after she sees Lily trying to come downstairs.
Julia and Holden follow her and they all agree to try and make the situation the best they can for the boys. Lily manages
to get out and meets Carly out front and shows her the letter she found. Carly wants to open it there but Lily wants
to leave. Back at Carly's Carly reads the letter and they are convinced that Keith lives in Chicago and by his words in the
letter, assume Julia is very important to him. Carly and Lily decide to go on a road trip to investigate Keith further before
leading him to Julia. Carly and Lily arrive at Keith's building in disguise. Carly tries to snoop through Keith's mail that
just happens to be sticking out of the box but a woman opens her door and demands to know what's Carly is doing. Carly covers
by saying the mail fell out because the box was so stuffed and the woman apologizes saying her neighbor Keith asked her to
hold his mail for him but she forgot. Carly asks the woman where Keith is and she tells her that he is a pilot for one of
the big commercial airlines and is flying somewhere. The woman invites Carly in and Carly gets her to reveal information about
Keith letting the woman believe she knows him personally. When Carly slips up the woman asks who she is. Carly explains that
she is a friend of a friend of Keith and is really worried about her. Carly says she went to nursing school with this woman
and that she thinks Keith really could help her out of the mess she's in. Carly leaves Julia's information with the woman
to pass on to Keith and leaves and Carly and Lily head back to Oakdale. Carly and Lily are basking over the fact that
their plan to reunite Keith and Julia is going so well. Carly comments that Keith just walked in and Keith calls Julia
as the ladies try to listen in. Lily starts t get discouraged when they call showed that Julia was not interested in what
Keith had to stay. Carly says that Keith will try again because he didn't travel all that way just to go home. Keith gets
up and stops Holden to ask for directions to Julia's address but Lily interupts them by bringing up Luke. Keith decides
to go to Julia's without directions and leaves. Carly and Lily comment how close of a call that was. Holden takes coffee and
breakfast to Julia and they talk about the apartment and the furniture. They start kissing and Julia says that as much as
she likes "roughing it" there are certain things she would much rather do in a bed. Holden laughs and says he'll go look for
some furniture and leaves. There is a knock on the door and Julia runs to answer it thinking it's Holden returning but instead
it's his son Luke. Luke tells Julia how she is wrecking his family and hurting his mother by sleeping with Holden while he
is trying to get back together with his mom. Julia says that he really needs to talk to his dad about this because she feels
it's not her job. Luke gets angry as Julia tells him she enjoys spending time with Holden and reminds Luke there is a good
chance that Holden and his mom may never get together. Luke takes off upset and Julia asks him to come back and wait for his
dad. Keith knocks on Julia's door and when Julia asks who's there, she doesn't look too pleased when she hears Keith's voice.
With hesitation Julia opens the door and Keith lets him in wanting to know how he found her. Keith asks isn't she happy to
see if and Julia says that depends on whether he's forgiven her or not. keith says he was hurt by what she did but that he
was lost when she left and he couldn't find her or JJ. Keith says that he loves them. Julia says she's glad he is there and
asks how he found her. Keith tells her how a "friend" of hers from nursing school told his neighbor she was in trouble and
left the address to where he can find her. Julia asks what friend and Keith describes what Carly looked like and Julia says
she doesn't know anyone like that. Keith says the woman had blonde hair and Julia makes the comment that she bets the she
had blonde roots. Keith tells Julia how friendly the people are in Oakdale are and tells her how he saw this woman at the
coffee shop where he stopped for directions, and then just saw her again in the parking lot. Julia describes Carly and Lily
and Keith asks who they are and Julia said they are two rich snobs that don't know when to quit. Meanwhile Carly and Lily
are outside in the parking lot watching through the window with binoculars. They go to Julia's window to see more but end
up making a sound and run back to the car. Carly comes up with a plan to get Holden over to Julia's to catch Keith their and
says that she has run out of the allergy medicine Julia had left with them and can't find Jack. holden hands the phone to
Jack and Carly listens how Parker and JJ got into a fight and says they should talk to JJ together and Holden should take
JJ home. Jack agrees and Holden heads over to Julia's with JJ. Carly leaves Lily to go meet Jack but Lily is none too happy.
JJ and Holden knock on Julia's door and Julia tells Keith that he can't be there right now. Keith wants to know why he can't
stay and see JJ and meet Holden and Julia explains that she hasn't told anyone about him yet. Reluctantly Keith agrees to
disappear and climbs out the window. Lily starts to panic that he's getting way but takes a picture of Keith climbing out
the window with her cell phone. Lily finds Carly and tells her the plan with Holden coming face to face with Keith didn't
work and shows her the picture to Carly who says that's brillant. Carly spies on Julia and calls Lily to tell her she's all
dressed up to go see Keith. Lily makes the comment that maybe she just dresses that way and Carly says it's not all for nothing,
Julia is up to something. Julia runs into Holden who is there to meet with Luke. Julia tells him she has to run some errands,
with Carly listening in. Julia excuses herself and tells Holden she'll see him later. Lily listens as Julia asks
for Keith's room and learns that he's staying in room 112. Lily runs into Holden and tells him he will find Julia with another
man in room 112. Holden is fed up that Lily and Carly are again trying to bust Julia. Holden is reluctant to go up to Keith's
room but his curiosity has gotten the best of him. Holden uses the card key to open the door and finds Julia in Keith's arms.
Holden demands to know what's going on and Julia looks shocked that Holden is there. Julia says that she wanted him to meet
Keith, but not like this. Julia says that Keith is her brother. Lily and Carly enter the room and Keith acknowledges them
and Holden is shocked that he knows them. Keith explains that he saw Lily in Julia's parking lot. When Carly tries to make
a quick escape, Keith comments that he saw Carly in the car. Carly brings up the fact that Keit snuck out the window when
Holden showed up at Julia's place and Lily oofers to show the picture on her phone. Julia explains she didn't wanbt anyone
to know that Keith was there until they worked some things out. JJ didn't even know he was there right away. Carly wants to
know like what and Keith tells her none of her business. Holden apologizes and asks to speak to Lily in the hall. Carly tries
to leave to but Keith shuts the door and demands to know why she's stalking his sister. Carly says that she doesn't know what
Julia has told him but she hasn't told the whole truth. Julia fears that Carly is going to put her spin on the story and tells
Keith she doesn't want Carly there and just to let her go home. Carly says that Julia has become in between Lily and
Holden's marriage and Julia explains they are seperated. Carly says it's because of Julia and Julia defends herself by saying
she did not break their marriage up. Carly tells Keith holden is not the first married guy Julia has gotten involved with,
the first was her husband. Keith kicks Carly out and asks Julia to explain the situation. Julia tells him about how
she met Jack and Keith seems judgemental towards her so she gets defensive. Julia gets upset and tells Keith she doesn't want
him to leave. Keith tells her he isn't going anywhere. Julia says that Carly and Lily are out to get her and that they can't
give them any ammunition, no one must know about what happened in El Paso. Holden goes to Julia's and she is glad to see him.
Julia can sense that soemthing is wrong and asks Holden if he's okay. Holden tells Julia that he and Lily are going to see
a marriage counselor. Julia gets upset and Holden says that he is a father, and that he has to do what's right for his kids
and everyone. Julia says when is he going to do what's right for them. Holden says that, "in doing what's right for everyone,"
that includes her. Julia says she doesn't see how that can happen when he's willing to give Lily another chance. Holden looks
confused and said that he's not going to the counselor to get back with Lily, he's going so that the divorce is easier and
civilized for the kids. Julia is happy and apologizes for getting upset and explains that she got upset because she thought
Holden was going back to Lily. Holden says that his marriage is over. Keith goes to the police station to talk to Jack about
seeing JJ. Keith thanks him for taking responsibility for JJ and tells Carly and Jack that Julia has told him everything that
happened. Jack has to take a call so Carly offers to give Keith directions to their house. Keith sarcastically thanks her
for reuniting him and Julia. Keith defends Julia by saying that she has gone through a lot of bad stuff and that she has gotten
over it and really changed her life around. Carly doesn't think so and comments that Holden has three children with Lily and
that Julia has attached herself to Holden without considering his family needs him. Keith says that if Carly is Julia's enemy,
that makes her his enemy too. Jack comes back and tells Keith not to threaten his wife. Keith says that Carly should not be
harrassing Julia either. Jack says that he's not giving Keith directions, he'll drop JJ off at Julia's and he can see him
there. Holden goes to Julia's and looks upset. Julia asks if there's something wrong and Holden reluctantly tells her he agrees
to go to marriage counseling with Lily. Holden says it's not good enough, just being the man on the other end of the phone
with his kids and he needs to do right by them. Julia gets upset and asks when he is he going to do what's right for them.
Holden looks a little shocked to hear that there is a "them". Holden says that he need to fix his life, and she is included
in his life. Julia is amazed that he said that being that he is giving Lily another shot. Holden asks how she thought he was
giving Lily another chance and Julia explains that she had just assumed that's what he was doing when he agreed to go to marriage
counseling. Holden explains that it was Luke's idea and that he is in no way getting back together with her. Julia is relieved
and Holden goes on to say he just can't promise how much time he will be spending with her. Holden says he has to
go to meet with Lily and he and Julia passionately kiss before he leaves. Keith goes to Julia's and can tell she's
upset. Julia says that Holden agreed to go to counseling with Lily and her car broke down. Keith makes the comment that Holden
does have 3 kids with Lily and Julia says that doesn't matter, he's not going back to her. Keith says that he wants to see
JJ and Julia tells him he's with Carly at the Lakeview. keith leaves to go pick up JJ. Carly calls and tells Julia she let
JJ go to the movies with some friends and asks if that's a problem. Julia says kind of because Keith is on the way to pick
him up and that Carly will have to wait for him to tell him. Carly asks if Julia can't just call him but Julia hangs up. Keith
shows up at The Lakeview and asks tells Carly he is there to pick up JJ. Carly regretfully explains that she allowed JJ to
go to the movies with his buddies. Keith says that was not her call to make and Carly says that when JJ is in her care, it
is. Keith asks Carly if she thinks that because she spoils JJ it will smooth over the tension between her and Julia, Carly
says that she called Julia and made sure it was okay before she let JJ go. Keith says that it's time JJ is less involved in
Jack's life. When Carly says that JJ counts on Jack and Jack loves him and wants to care for him, Keith says that he is in
town now and he can do that. Keith comments that maybe Carly is getting tired of JJ and Carly says she never said that
and not to put words in her mouth. Carly says that Julia uses JJ to get her hooks into any married man she sets her sites
on at that moment. Carly tells Keith that if he really wants to help JJ, tell Julia to back off Holden and let Lily and Holden
work things out. Carly brings up Julia's past and Keith gets angry and tells her to leave his sister alone and that what happened
to her in El Paso, will stay in El Paso. Holden goes back to Julia's and Julia tells him she was worried about him because
he had said he would call her after the session. Holden goes to Julia's and she can sense that there is something wrong. Julia
tells him she was worried when he didn't call her. Julia says that she has had a day because her car broke down. Holden
says that he and Lily agreed that he needs to spend more time with his children, which cuts in to his time with her. Julia
says that they wilol find a way to make time with one another but Holden says that he needs to concentrate on making
sure his kids adapt to the divorce in a healthy way. Holden says that this isn't about spending less time with her,
but that it's about spending more time with his kids. he says that's he's not giving her up... for Lily or anyone else. Holden
says he has to go and Julia asks him to stay but says that if he can't maybe he can come back later. Holden says he's not
sure, that he will see how it goes and Julia says that she understands. Julia tells Holden to go, because "he" will be there
any minute. Holden asks who he is and Julia asks if he is jealous. Julia says she's talking about Keith, that her car broke
down and he needs to order a part for it, and that he is suppose to give her a ride to work. Holden tells Julia to call him
and tell him she has a ride and offers to take her. Julia says she still has to take a shower and Holden says he will leave
his car with her, and he'll take a cab. That gives him an excuse to come back later and Julia hugs him and he leaves. Keith
shows up and is surprised that Julia isn't ready for work. Julia apologizes and says that she meant to call him, that she
has a ride. Keith asks who and Julia tells him Holden left his car for her to use. Keith jokes if he insured and then says
that maybe she should rely on less of Holden and everyone else, that's what he is there for. Julia asks meaning what. Keith
says that maybe it's time that she shows Jack, Carly and everyone else in town that she doesn't need anyone but him to help
her. Keith says that maybe it's time she back off Holden a little and let him work things out with his family. Julia says
that's not necessary because Holden is going to a counselor to make the transition of the divorce easier on everyone. Keith
says that people don't go to a counselor for that and Julia wants to know what he means. Luke calls Julia wondering if his
dad is there and Julia asks if his mother put him up to it. Julia says she has a message for Lily, it's not her fault if she
can't keep track of her husband and hangs up. Keith says that Julia is playing with fire and Julia says she didn't start it.
Julia says that maybe it was a stupid thing for her to say, and she shouldn't have said it but she's pretty sure Luke will
get over it. Keith says he's just a kid and Julia says he came over the other day and said some pretty grown up things so
don't feel too sorry for him. He can take care of himself. Keith asks what about his nephew and Julia asks what about JJ.
and asks how JJ fits in this battle plan of hers? Does she plan to use him to get what she wants. Julia says that JJ
is her son and that she would never use him like that. Keith says Luke is just a kid, trying to protect his mother and says
it's always the kids that suffer. Julia asks what he's trying to say and Keith says that she sometimes tends to put JJ second.
Julia asks if he's calling her a bad mother now and Keith says no, he just wants her to put her own son first, to think about
what she's doing to him, and adds in she knows what he's talking about. Keith
says the whole situation isn't good for anyone and that JJ needs to know he has someone he can count on, regardless of what's
going on around him. Julia asks who that is and Keith says him. Keith says to let him take care of things. He has taken care
of his mother, now let him take care of JJ. Julia agrees and says he has to go because she has to go to work. Keith says okay
but warns but warns he'll be back. Julia jokes that she was afraid of that. After Holden missed his dinner arraingment with
Lily and the kids, Lily goes to Julia's looking for him. Julia is leaving for work when Lily shoves her way in. Julia calls
for Keith bhut he's already gone. Lily searches the apartment for Holden and Julia tells her he isn't there. Lily says
that's a lie because his car is parked outside. Julia mocks Lily like she calling Holden like a dog. Keith goes to Jack
and tells him he and Julia have decided that JJ is not going to be around Jack or his wife anymore. Jack asks if he's wanting
to take JJ from him and says he loves that little boy. Keith tells Jack about JJ breaking his leg in the playground and
Jack wants to know why no one called him and says he has to go see him. Keith says that JJ needs to rely on his family.
Jack says that JJ is his family and Keith says he meant his uncle and his mother. Keith says that he understands that Jack
had amnesia and married Julia, but things have changed... he is back with his family and is not being the father to JJ he
promised to be. Jack asks so Keith answer is to yank JJ completely away from him. Jack says that isn't better that JJ have
more people around him that love him. Jack asks why now, what brought this on. Keith tells him that Carly expidited it a little
and Jack asks if she did something. Keith says that he ran into her at the Lakeview and Carly had "dumped" JJ off with another
lady so he could go to the movies and Keith had gotten the impression that JJ was starting to become an expense to her. Jack
says that Carly and JJ haven't really had the chance to get to know one another but Carly does care about him. Keith says
he doesn't know about that because it seems Carly and her friend Lily have a vendetta against Julia. Julia jokes with Lily
telling ehr she ties Holden up and locked him in the closet to keep him from being with her and their kids. Lily searches
for Holden some more saying Julia would do anything to hold on to Holden. Lily says he called with a lame excuse that he was
in a car accident and Julia says maybe he was. Julia goes over the scenerio that Lily is starting to think that whatever he
said to her in counseling he only said to get out of there and go back to Julia's. Julia says she is right, he couldn't get
out of there fast enough. Lily says that is not true, that Holden has told her that he still loved her. Lily says they are
going to work on their marriage. Julia tells Lily her marriage is over, it has been for some time and that had nothing to
do with her. Lily says that's not true and that Holden wants their life back. Julia asks if he told her that and Lily doesn't
answer. Julia says that Holden told her he was going to counseling for the ids and that's all and says that all Holden feels
for Lily isa pity. Lily starts choking Julia as Holden rushes in to stop her. Holden asks what's going on and asks if Lily
has lost her mind. Lily says no and Julia asks if he called Lily and told her he was in an accident. Holden explains that
the cab he had was in an accident. Lily asks why his car is there and Holden says Julia had car troubled and he loaned her
his. Lily says Julia never told her that and Holden asks why would they. Julia leaves and Lily tells Holden to not look at
her like that, like she's a stranger. Like she's losing it again. Holden says she is out of control. Julia returns the room
not meaning to interupt and says that she could wait in her room. Lily turns around and says or she could just die and leave
them the hell alone. Lily and Carly hire a private investigater to do research on Julia. Thbe PI tells Lily and Carly that
she has found a lot about Julia, and none of it's good. Julia is at the Lakeview and asks Lisa if she can use one of her rooms
to throw a romantic evening for Holden. Lisa says that she is not going to help her seduce her friend's husband. Julia
says they were once friends too and Lisa says to leave Holden alone and let him work through the problems with Lily.
Keith shows up at the Lakeview and tells Julia the same thing, that maybe she should back off Holden for JJ's sake. Keith
warns her about the trouble back in El Paso and tells her she needs to tell Holden the truth. Keith says that if
she doesn't tell Holden about her warrant from El Paso for stealing drugs from the clinic she worked at. Julia says no, that
Holden will not understand...he will not trust her with his children or want to be with her. Julia warns that if he says something
to Holden it will be the last time he sees her or JJ. Lily and Carly are plannign on calling the El Paso police on Julia.
Carly asks Lily if sahe wants to do the honors but Lily hesitates. Lily says that they need to consider JJ. That if Julia
goes to jail, or Holden finds out that they had something to do with her being arrested and will hate hereven more. Carly
says what if they go to Julia, and tell her they know about the warrant and tell her they won't turn her in if she packs up
JJ and leaves twon. Keith tells Julia not to do that again. Julia asks what and Keith to take JJ and leave every time he says
the wrong things. Julia says then he should stop saying the wrong things. Keith gets angry and stops Julia from leaving. Lisa
comes over and tells them that if they don't keep it down, she will have them thrown out. Holden takes Julia to the
police staion to get a restraining order against Lily. Jack tries talking Julia out of it but they want the order immediately.
Jack files the papers and says that he will get them to Lily as soon as possible and make sure that she knows if she violates
the order, she will go to jail. Luke overhears Lily on the phoen with Carly as Carly tells her about Julia's restraining order.
Carly is about to leave thew police station but runs into Keith. Carly asks if he is there to gloat about his sister's restraining
order. Keith says he glad she got one, from what he hears she needs it. Carly says that not at all the way it is and now she
is taking JJ away from Jack because she didn't get what she wants. Keith says that's all his idea. Carly says that that is
what Julia wants him to believe but sahe is using him as a pawn like everyone else. Keith goes in and says he needs to talk
to Julia alone. Julia asks if he is there to apologize for what he said at the Lakeview. Keith says that Julia needs to reconsider
her actions. Keith brings up her warrant again and Julia tells him that he should keep his voice down, they are in a police
station. Julia says that Keith should go back to Chicago and Keith asks if he goes back to Chicago, what happens to JJ>
Julia says JJ will be in her life at her discretion. Keith warns Julia that if she does that he will make her pay just as
Jack walks in. Luke tells Lily that he went over to Julia's to talk to Holden but no one eas there. Lily says she hopes he
walks away but Luke says he couldn't. He wanted to make her pay for what she has done and wanted to let her know how it felt
to lose everything. Luke says that he destroyed Julia's apartment. Lily tells Luke go upstairs and when Carly arrives she
tells her about what Luke has done. Lily says she needs to go over there and fix the mess before Julia gets home. Carly says
that she can't do that, she will be violating the restraining order and will go to jail. Lily says that Luke can't count on
Holden right now, but he can surely count on her and Carly tells her to be careful. Lily goes to Julia's apartment and sees
the mess Luke created. Julia comes home and finds Lily in her apartment. Holden goes to Lily's and Carly thinks it's Lily.
Holden asks where Lily is at Carly says she's out. Holden asks why does he get nervous everytime Lily is gone and he comes
home to find Carly there. Julia picks up the phone and Lily asks if she's calling Holden. Julia says there is a restraining
order and asks if she was planning to ignore it. Julia asks what, she found out about the order and came over to what... trash
her apartment. Lily takes blame for what Luke has done and says that they can work something out other than calling the cops.
Lily says she will replace all Julia's belongings. Lily begs her not to call the police and Julia says that she violated the
order. Lily warns that if Julia calls the police she will be the one going to jail. Julia laughs and says that Lily was the
one who violated the order, not even in Oakdale does that get her arrested. Lily tells Julia that she knows about her warrant
in El Paso. Julia says that she never wanted any of this to come about. She says that if Lily leaves now, she won't call the
police. Lily still threatens to call the police and says that Julia brought this upon herself, she stole the drugs. Julia
says she stole them so he wouldn't beat her son. All of what she has done has been for her son. Lily says no it wasn't, she
stayed with an abuser. Julia says no she didn't, that's the point. Lily says that she will not call the police if she agrees
to her terms. To pack up JJ, and leave town tonight and write a letter to Holden saying they are over. Juilia says that she
can't do that, that JJ is at a friends and says that she can pick him up tomorrow. Lily says no, that could give her a chance
to tell Holden. Julia says that she and Holden will work through it if she goes to jail on her drug charge. Holden knows what
she went through with her ex and he will support her. Lily says she has known Holden for over twenty years and that he has
very strict opinions on what is right and wrong. Lily is trying to get the number for the El Paso police. Julia tells her
she isn't going to let her take her one chance at happiness. They satruggle over the phone and Julia falls and hits her
head on the table. Lily tells Julia she's sorry and starts to panic. Lily begs Julia not to close her eyes but she does.
Lily tells Julia to get up and fight back asnd then there is a knock at the door. It's Keith. Lily sneaks out through the
window and goes to Carly's and tells her what happened. Carly asks if Julia wqas alive and Lily says yes. Carly and Lily go
back to Julia's and Lily says her body ahs been moved. Carly sees Julia on the floor across the room and checks her pulse.
Julia's dead. Lily starts to panic and says that they need to go. Carly says they will understand what happened and Lily wants
to know who she's talking about. Carly says they need to call the cops. Lily says that they can't. She will go to jail for
violating the restraining order and then will be accused of murder. Lily is able to convince Carly that they shouldn't call
the police. Carly says that they need to clean the apart so there will be no trace that Lily was there. Lily and Carly scrub
Julia's apartment clean and go back to Carly's. Carly says that her alibi is that they have been there all night talking.
Lily notices her gloves are missing and starts to panic that they are still in the apartment. Carly says they cleaned every
inch of the apartment, they weren't there. Jack comes home and Lily says she has to go home. Holden goes to Julia's looking
for Luke and finds her dead body. Holden calls Jack and tells him he can't get her up and breathing. Jack asks if he's
talking about one of the horses on the farm. Holden tells Jack he means Julia. That he went to her apartment and found her
on the floor. Jack tells him he'll be there right away and hangs up and tells Carly Holden found Julia dead. Carly asks how
and Jack says he doesn't know and he has to go. Carly says to herself for Lily to hold on because here it comes, and that
if she sticks to their story everything will be just fine. Jack shows up at Julia and has his men start going through the
apartment. Holden says that he knows of only one person that could have done this, Keith. Luke goes home and tells Lily he
knows what happened. he went to Julia's and found her gloves. Lily asks what he did with them and Luke says he burned them
to protect her. Lily freaks out at the thought of Luke helping her cover up Julia's death. Carly calls and Lily tells her
it's a little more complicated than what they thought, and now Luke is involved. Carly rushes over to Lily's and Lily panics
saying she's going to tell Jack what happened. Both Luke and Carly warn her not to do that and say that if she does, they
will lose their families. That's what started all of this, they were trying to protect their family. Jack calls Carly from
the police station and asks how JJ has been since he dropped him off. Carly says she has kept him occupied and kept the TV's
and radio off. Jack says he doesn't know how to tell JJ that Julia is dead. Holden shows up at the police station and asks
Jack if there's any proof of Julia's cause of death. Jack tells him the medical examiner still has to investigate her body.
Jack brings Keith in and tells him Julia is upset. Keith wants to know the when, where's and why's and then starts to panic
at the thought of JJ. Jack tells him JJ is fine and at his house. Jack questions Keith about the relationship with Julia and
Keith catches on that he is considered a suspect and tells Jack and Holden to look into who might have really killed Julia,
the two people who stalked her, attacked her... their wives. Keith leaves and Holden says he doesn't think Keith killed Julia.
Jack says he's going to keep looking into him and Holden says to think about Lily and Carly. Jack says that they couldn't
have killed her because they were at his house. Holden tells Jack exactly...they were together. Jack warns Holden to not even
go there. Jack goes home and is about to tell JJ his mother is dead. Carly says she is going to get some fresh air and steps
out onto the porch. Keith shows up and when Carly asks what he is doing there, Keith says justus for his dead sister. He is
there to take JJ out of their house, and away from her. Keith asks where JJ is and Carly says inside, that Jack
just told him about Julia's death. Keith isn't happy that JJ has to hear about his mom from someone who isn't even family.
Carly tells Keith to hold on a minute, Jack is family to JJ, in every way possible. Keith asks if that's so, how come it took
so long for him to tell JJ about Julia. Carly says Jack wanted to take as much time as possible to prepare for telling him.
Carly says that Julia will be missed and she's sure everyone who knew her will be mourning her. Keith asks who she is trying
to fool, she hated Julia. Keith goes inside and JJ goes up to him and tells him he knows his mom is dead. JJ asks if Julia
will have to stay in the morgue and Keith says not for long. Keith tells JJ to go upstairs and get dressed, they will talk
about it. After JJ leaves, Jack tries tellign Keith he doesn't have to leave to talk to JJ, he can talk to him there. Keith
says that he isn't there for a visit, he's there to pick up JJ and take him out of town for good. Holden goes to Lily's and
asks her if she knows what happened to Julia. Lily says she knows she is dead and Holden informs her that they are now looking
it as a homicide, not an accident. Holden reminds Lily of the night she went over to Julia's, angry as hell, because Holden
hadn't showed up like he was suppose to. Holden says that she threatened Julia that night. Lily asks what is it that
Holden is asking her. Holden asks if she was the one who hurt Julia. Lily admits that she was angry that night,
and Holden asks what about last night. Lily says she knows what he's asking when he asks that and is about to tell him what
happened but instead tells him that hurts her. Holden says he can't help her unless she tells him what happened. Lily breaks
down and apologizes and moves into Holden's arms with Luke watching in the background. Keith tells Jack Julia had made it
known that she didn't want him to be in JJ's life anymore. Jack reminds him that Julia had said the same thing about him.
Jack says he can't just take JJ out of there. Keith says Jack knows he can, he's JJ's legal guardian. Jack says he needs proof
and Keith says he has papers. Jack asks what kind of papers and Keith says Julia's will, which grants him custody of JJ. Jack
says he wants to see them and Keith says he doesn't have them on him. Keith says he'll be back with the papers, and then he'll
take JJ out of there forever. After Keith leaves Jack tells Carly something is off. Carly says people grieve in different
ways and that maybe Keith needs to care for JJ to help him deal with Julia's death. Jack says there is still something not
right, he brought Keith back from Chicago. He had no way of knowing that Jack was going to tell him Julia was dead, so why
would he have those papers. Carly asks Jack if he really believes Keith would kill Julia just to get custody of JJ. Hal calls
Jack and tells him he needs to come down to the station because someone is there with information about Julia's case. Jack
tells Carly he has to go and tells her to call him if Keith returns to take JJ out of their house. He says no matter what,
JJ stays there. JJ comes out of the kitchen and asks where Keith is and Carly tells him he had to take care of something and
then JJ asks about Jack and Carly says he had to go back to work. Carly tries to apologize for Julia's death but JJ pulls
away from her. Luke comes and begs Lily not to tell Holden anything. Holden asks what is going on and tells Luke that he and
his mother were in the middle of something and asks him to leave. Lily says Luke stays... he is not a child and she isn't
going to treat him like one. Holden says that a minute ago she seemed upset, like she wanted to tell him sonething. Lily says
of course she is upset, her husband is accusing her of murder. Holden says it was more than that and that it seems like Luke
stopped her from telling him sonething. Jack calls Holden and asks him to go over and check on JJ, because he is alone
with Carly and says that's probably not very comforting to him. Holden agrees and tells Lily and Luke they will continue their
conversation later because he has to do something for Jack. Carly is trying to be nice to JJ and JJ asks why. Carly tells
him because he is a good kid. JJ says that she doesn't even like him, or his mother. Carly admits that they didn't get along,
but that had nothing to do with him. And never in a million years did she want his mother to die. Holden shows up and JJ notices
Lily behind him. JJ says he only want to be with him, no one else. Holden takes JJ upstairs and Carly notices that Lily is
shaking. Lily says that the wole thing is about to blow up in their faces and says she can't stay there. Carly says she can't
leave now because it will look suspicious. Keith arrives with the papers and says he wants JJ now. Carly asks how he got those
papers so quickly... does he carry them around Oakdale with him. Keith says he's takign JJ out of there now. Holden comes
downstairs and says no he's not, JJ is upstairs trying to take a nap. Keith says he will sleep in the car. Holden asks what
is with Keith. Why does he feel the need to uproot JJ in the middle of all the chaos. Jack comes in and says Keith isn't going
anywhere, he's wanted for questioning. Keith asks what he's talking about and Jack says they just got information that proves
Keith is the one who killed Julia. Jack says he wants to question him in private at the station and Keith says he's not going
anywhere.
